Vision

Aim to be leading institutions in Asia, excelling in career development and tracer study, while fostering independence, skills, and strong character. Both are grounded in the core values of Silih Asah (learning), Silih Asuh (mentorship), and Silih Asih (compassion). Through innovation and a commitment to enhancing education quality and alumni welfare, they contribute to the university's mission to be a regional reference and leader in higher education.

Mission

  1. Facilitate Career Development: Provide comprehensive career development programs that empower students and alumni with the skills, knowledge, and independence needed to excel in the global job market.

  2. Foster Partnerships: Build strong collaborations with industry leaders, employers, and academic institutions to create employment and internship opportunities for students and alumni.

  3. Character Building: Promote personal and professional development rooted in the values of Silih Asah (learning), Silih Asuh (mentorship), and Silih Asih (compassion), to foster well-rounded individuals.

  4. Continuous Learning: Offer lifelong learning opportunities and support alumni in adapting to the evolving demands of the global workforce.

  5. Tracer Study: To regularly monitor alumni career progress to provide data-driven insights that improve education quality and align academic programs with industry needs. It also seeks to foster strong alumni engagement through mentorship and networking, while using alumni achievements to enhance the university’s reputation and support its goal of becoming a leading institution in Asia.
